Quality Policy Statement Introduction Chemtrusion’s
Quality Assurance Documentation outlines the steps and organizational structure
necessary to operate a Quality Assurance Program. It contains information
regarding the company philosophy and attitude towards various aspects and facets
of implementing a quality program, specific information about current and future
Quality Improvement efforts, and the quality-related goals and objectives of
Chemtrusion. Management
& Quality Chemtrusion’s
management is, and will continue to be committed to quality. Management
understands that quality provides an opportunity to obtain a competitive
advantage in the industry, improves the level of service quality, improves
productivity, reduces costs through the elimination of waste, raises the level
of employee involvement and morale, and provides a better way to meet the needs
of the customer. Management recognizes the need for a top-down approach to
making long-term quality improvements. Work Force Utilization Chemtrusion
recognizes that its most valuable asset is its work force. All Chemtrusion
employees receive quality related training. All new employees will receive
quality related training as part of the orientation and indoctrination. All
employees are directly responsible for the quality of their own work. Continuous
Process Improvement Continuous
Process Improvement will be led by management and will include all employees. It
will require goals determined by management, and will be prefaced by obtaining a
sound understanding of the process. The Quality Assurance system will be
regularly and systematically reviewed for effectiveness and improvement. Quality-Related
